Shipping:

Our standard shipping method is USPS.  Items are shipped between 1 and 5 business days.  Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive. 

Rush shipping is available, please indicate the method of shipping you would like in your notes or call customer service at 1-800-519-3386.  Additional charges will be added to your order

Please be sure that the Ship To address entered is accurate and complete to ensure prompt delivery.

International Orders:                                                                                                                                          International orders are NOT shipped via a trackable means.Bazzle Baby is not responsible for international packages that are delayed for reasons beyond our control (customs, local delivery delays, and/or missing packages among others).  Bazzle Baby can, however, ship and track a package via Federal Express for an additional charge of $85. Please email us directly if you wish to ship internationally via FedEx.

Shipping Charges:                                                                                                                                                       Standard shipping costs are calculated according to the total weight of your order.

Free Shipping Promotions:                                                                                                                                    Occasionally free shipping promotions are offered.  The given coupon code must be entered into the discount box during checkout to redeem, during the specified time period of the offer. All free shipping offers include regular 1-4 day USPS and 5-7 day FedEx Ground delivery only; additional rush charges may be applied if requested. Only one coupon code may be used per order.

Bb Guarantee:

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction.  All of our products are hand sewn and due to the nature of fabrics we use, slight pattern variations (in relation to the sample photos shown on our website) are possible. Because of this, no two products are exactly alike.

All Bazzle Baby products are warranted against manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Please keep in mind, all claims against workmanship must be verified as we hold all parties in our production process responsible for accuracy and quality. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us know immediately. We'll gladly offer an exchange or return and refund the full purchase price of the product.

Product Care:

If the instructions on the care labels are followed, then the quality and appearance of the product will be maintained. Please keep in mind, all cotton and natural fabrics can fade with time and repetitive use.

We recommend washing our products with like colors in warm water with the gentle cycle setting, affixing all Velcro and  tumbledrying in a warm dryer. To maintain the shape of your BandaBibs we recommend you line dry this item or use a warm iron. We do not recommend using dryer sheets

We do not recommend bleach with any of our products. Bleach can fade the cotton fabrics.

Returns:

All Bazzle Baby items may be returned for credit within 14 days of receipt as long as the item has not been used. A  Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)  must be obtained from our customer care center and is required for all returns. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the issuance of the RMA at which time the RMA expires. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Bazzle Baby reserves the right to return to the customer any merchandise without a valid RMA or with visible usage.

We will notify you via e-mail of your credit once we've received and processed the returned baby or toddler item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping and handling costs from your refund. Should you return an order that was placed using a promotional coupon, you will not be refunded for the amount of the coupon, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.
